"Great hotel, with very attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself very clean and comfortable."

"A very traditional Japanese hotel with thorough service, we had a very nice stay. Staff took care of swapping out the futon, alongside bus services to various parts of Kusatsu. The onsen was well maintained and also tattoo friendly!"

"Relaxing stay with everything taken care of from dinner to breakfast. Although we walked around f there is a free shuttle to bus terminal which is a few mins walk to the yubatake."
