Raylea Retreat

Located in the pristine Coastal town of Denmark, Raylea Retreat has everything you need, and more, to enjoy your getaway in the Great Southern. This double story 4-bedroom home has a large fully equipped kitchen and open plan living with a fireplace it has plenty of room for everyone in your family! Surrounded by Karri Trees and with a beautiful view of the Wilson Inlet, spend your days in the nearby rivers, inlets, beaches and national parks, it really is a place for memories, conversations and relaxation.

Upstairs has the master room with a king bed, ensuite with bathtub, shower, toilet, and hairdryer PLUS a veranda off the front to enjoy the spectacular views. The single room is designed for the kids in mind with a single bed with a trundle. Games and toys supplied. Finally a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer and access to the back decking area.
Downstairs you will find a queen room as well as a bunk bedroom with a double at the base and a single above. The downstairs is a great kid’s space with a separate lounge room. Another shower, bathtub and toilet downstairs complete downstairs. The home is fully equipped for 6 guests, including all linen and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We welcome your fur family as we think they are an important part of the family unit.
Raylea Retreat is our family holiday home, our little bit of paradise away from the city. We hope you enjoy sharing this fantastic place and hope you keep it nice for ourselves and other guests.

Loved the location of this property, it overlooked the water and beautiful native trees. The house itself was great and very spacious with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay

We brought my parents down to Denmark for a holiday for their christmas present and wanted something comfy and special. We booked Raylea Retreat after seeing all the positive reviews and boy oh boy were they spot on. What a fabulous place to stay, very well equipped and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recomend this wonderful home away from home.

Great home in perfect location

Me and my family stayed at Raylea over Easter and had a great time. The property is so well equipped with everything you need. My kids especially loved all the toys and books. Raylea is in a pretty, quiet corner of Denmark with easy access to the town and to William Bay. Thanks for an amazing stay, we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Property

Both the house and the location were terrific. The house is beautifully appointed and the owners have provided everything to make your stay perfect. We are photographers and loved going out on the porch and getting great shots of the resident birds who are everywhere. The house has plenty of room to spread out and find your own space. Loved this property, beautiful home with outstanding views, well equiped kitchen, amazing warm beds and fire. Plenty of entertainment in books, games and puzzles. The house leant itself really well to a two family stay with upstairs and down stairs living space. I especially loved its proximity to a beautiful dog walk along the inlet with a convenient access path two doors down across the road. Will definitely stay again.

Loveliest Dog Friendly holiday house

A beautiful property, so well appointed and super comfortable. The house was super clean, lovely beds and bedding and all the little extras were so nice. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture. It was a special birthday for me so staying here made it extra special. We loved the fire place, appreciated the ample wood supplied, the dog towels, tous and so much more!Weedon Hill is a lovely location, great walks with our dog and close to everything

Raylea Retreat was magnificent

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. It's got everything you could possibly need, a real home away from home. And such a treat to be able to take our furbaby with us and he felt right at home too. Being able to step out the front door straight onto the Bibbulmun track is fabulous. Terrific hosts who provide lovely little treats as well as some great ideas on what to do around town. A great property manager who was quick to respond when we had a little hot water hiccup. Already looking forward to our next visit.

The Burtons' Denmark

My wife and I and 2 friends from Brisbane spent 6 very relaxing and restful days in the perfect home away from home.It had everything we needed, not like some holiday venues which only have the minimal amount things.Space to gather without being on top of each other and space to have personal quite time. We actually said that it would be the perfect Christmas holiday venue.The master suite was perfect.The downstairs accommodation could do with better heating for those cold winter nights.The kitchen was as good as our kitchen in our own homes.The location is perfect for reaching out and exploring Denmark and the south coast of the state.

A home among the gum trees

What a beautiful property! We loved every minute. The host has thoughtfully appointed items in the pantry and bathrooms. Theres birdseed to feed the birds from the balcony - they come every day. And we were allowed to bring our Groodle!! The location is delux situated 2 streets back from Paynes inlet up the hill which affords a wonderful view. Nestled in amongst these massive gums - the sort you see in Pemberton. This type of calm is soul food. We'll be back ❤️

Super comfortable, luxurious and homely in a spectacular location

Raylea Retreat is a fabulous holiday home in an amazing location. It is situated in the Karri forest along the shores of the Wilson inlet, which is accessible using a short walking trail close to the house. Although in the forest, the property itself has no Karri trees on it so the house is quite light and bright. You see an amazing array of birdlife from the balcony. The house has everything you need, including an air fryer and pod coffee machine. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. The washing machine is huge and there is a tumble dryer and also a big washing line. The home is very spacious. There are great facilities for cats and dogs, including an enclosed back garden for dogs, enclosed walkways and balcony for cats and even pet toys. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very reasonably priced for what you get. We will definitely return.
