The Modern Farmhouse

  • This East Ladner stylish countryside retreat, is centrally located between the Historic Village of Ladner and Boundary Bay Airport. Minutes away (by car or walking) from shops, Paterson Park, Ladner Leisure Centre, (ice rink and lacrosse box), hospital and golf courses. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. A movie theatre is a short 15 minute drive away. There is a Barns to Beaches bike route close by that spans from Tsawwassen to Ladner, connecting the two areas along the shoreline, dike and backcountry farm roads. Tsawwassen ferry terminal and Tsawwassen Mills Outlet Mall are 12 kms away and generally takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car. Conveniently located just 20 minutes south of Vancouver Airport and the Bridgeport skytrain station (River Rock Casino). Access to rapid transit is just a few steps away.

    A few steps up to the wrap around patio is an outdoor gazebo with a gas fireplace and gas bbq. Perfect ending to your day.

    This tranquil property is adjacent to farmland and nature.

Hosts were very helpful and checking in and out was easy. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is close to lots of amenities. Excellent stay!

This was a very nicely finished suite, well equipped with everything you could need. The host also provided some unexpected extras - fruit, cookies and fresh-cut flowers.

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed since my wife and I have been married. Kendra is a wonderful host and she was caring and very thoughtful. The Farm house blew our expectations away, I would easily rate this as a 5 Star 🌟 stay. If you are looking for the best place to stay, quiet and extremely comfortable; this is definitely the place. My wife and I will always come back and stay here, and no other from now on, whenever we are in Vancouver‼️

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, cozy, and felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making guests feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the washer and dryer were a huge convenience, and the beds were comfortable! Our host was wonderful - so kind, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question. Another big plus for us was the driveway. We had a minivan and a camper van, and there was more than enough space for both. Overall, a wonderful stay with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

I'll probably never be happy staying anywhere else after our stay here. Truly amazing. And I've been called Monica level fussy. The extra touches were much appreciated. The space is comfortable and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. Our host was responsive and super helpful. The property is conveniently located, close to anything you might need or places to go. It is a very peaceful spot. We will definitely stay again.
