    The entire inn comes with 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens), 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and two living areas with a beautiful year-round sunroom for lounging!

    We are conveniently located in downtown, within walking distance to several restaurants and two blocks from both the library and walking paths near the Auglaize and Maumee rivers. Securely park your vehicle in our two-car garage available on-site. Free yoga and pilates classes are offered at Twist IT Yoga and Pilates just a few blocks away.

    This beautiful home is aptly suited for a long-term rental option. A wonderful alternative to hotels and motels for both business and leisure travelers. Long-term stay/corporate rates available.

Oasis!

A wonderful place to just sit back and relax or get out and explore the neighborhood. It has a peaceful vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Everything was beautifully placed and cleaned My granddaughter wants to move inme said Grandma can we move here lol.

The Inn on Third was a perfect setting for our family gathering with its charm, spaciousness, comfort and amenities. Interaction with the property manager was met with promptness. I loved the way this home stands as a time piece of Colonial charm with its style and decor.

Great house!

We stayed at the house while visiting family in town. The house was so charming and decorated for the holidays. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I even walked to the coffee shop down (cabin fever). I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Historic Home

We truly enjoyed staying at this home. Our week was fantastic and this house was perfect. Very clean and well appointed, far more features than expected. All the supplies one could ask for, comfortable beds, great kitchen...even decorated for Christmas...a very nice surprise. Close to everything we needed. The owner Sylvia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful experience.

A wonderful place to stay in the Defiance, OH area.

This home is amazing! Very spacious, super clean, nicely decorated, and simply beautiful. Downtown Defiance is in easy walking distance as well as a nice city park. Stay here when you are in Defiance! You will not be disappointed!
