"They have a few activities, but the times are awfully placed, with the pool open at 9-10 or 4-5. The breakfast is £15 person and the food was tasteless and bland. The golf course was busy and slow moving, the driving range wasn't open past 6pm. The staff didn't seem to know any info on other parts of the hotel. However, the room was nice, there was lots of channels on the TV and the beds were decently comfy."

The room is not designed great, being narrow/constricted, the desk is narrow, the sitting area table is tiny, and the window does not open. The bathroom is poorly designed, so that you must open and close a large, heavy door in order to access the towel rack, and the shower is narrow and inflexible. All of these issues are manageable, and all of the problems with the hotel are due to the poor design of the rooms."

"Breakfast was good. Parking was 30 pounds to park on the sidewalk. They gave 20 back in a restaurant/bar credit. Shower clauking was moldy, shower leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok. King size. The pictures on expedia were for sure misleading. This place was in a neighborhood that you could barely drive a car down the street. The main building where rhe restaurant was had an odd odor. I wouldnt stay there again."

"We went to Oxford for a weekend and stayed at Linton lodge. We were very happy with our stay and the breakfast was great. A lovely 15min walk into the city centre with beautiful scenery. The room was slightly dusty and in need of a bit of paint :)"

"My stay at Escapade Silverstone exceeded my initial expectation from start to finish. The setting stands out straight away. Rooms feel spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The finishes are high quality. Everything works as it should, which matters more than anything. Service is a strong point. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Requests are handled quickly. You feel looked after without any friction. Food and drink options are solid. The breakfast buffet menu is varied and well executed. Location is a major advantage. You are right at Silverstone, yet it still feels like a calm and private retreat. This is a place that gets the fundamentals right and then builds on them. Strong design, reliable service, and a clear identity. It is easy to recommend and easy to return to."
