"I liked the property it wasn't too bad. However all the windows in the room were jammed I couldn't get them opened. The couple that were opened when we arrived we couldn't get closed. No one came to clean the room so we had no towels and no toilet paper. But overall I was still positive about the stay and it was cheap. 😊"

"Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. "Nice bed and quiet room"

"Appreciate the location, but the lack of convenience for arrival and departure is a serious drawback. No place for inner or tour pick up/drop-off. There is no real lobby and an only 2 chairs in the lower lobby when waiting for a ride. The staff was pleasant. They did meet a special request that I made for a birthday one of our party was having and arranged to have the three room we reserved on the same floor. Otherwise I had virtually no contact with the staff. I am not sure if that is “good”...
