The place seemed centrally located end close to the beaches, activities and shops. Host was always accessible and helpful. "

"This place was AMAZING! Everything felt new, there were incredibly thoughtful touches throughout. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. And for us, best of all was that it was perfectly set up for kids. We had 3 young kids (2 yrs 9 months, 2.5, and 1 year old) and there were enough high chairs, eating gear, and pack and plays for everyone. Plus, so many great toys for the kids. The house was spacious enough that everyone had their own personal space, but there was plenty of communal space for hang outs too. We picked this place because it was a halfway point between my sister’s family in OC and my family in the Bay Area, and it was perfect. We will definitely be back again! "

"The Property was really nice, clean and comfortable. A few things were missing. No blow dryer, no measuring utensils of any kind. There were 2 fairly large areas at the each end of the fence that needs to be fixed as a small dog easily could get through. Other than those small things it was a great property and I would stay again for sure. "

"Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property. "

"We appreciated the large living room and kitchen area as there is enough room for the eight of us to be in the same space together.The carpet leading up the stairs is a bit stained, but otherwise the home was clean and enjoyable."
