"Muy buen alojamiento recomendado"

"Zona muy segura, cerca de todo, personal muy atento, camas cómodas, hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien."

"The room was clean, but the staffs were not friendly and seemed to be colorist. At breakfast I felt uncomfortable because this one woman gave me a bad eye every chance she could. One specific morning I had to eat breakfast off the property because one guy was giving me a seat and the lady told him something in Spanish then he then told me the seat was taken but nobody was sitting there at the time. I do not recommend this hotel !"

"We got the room right next to the reception. It was nice and clean, but in the morning the staff sat right outside our window. "Way too cold at night and theres no way to warm up. And dont just start the washer and walk off, turn the water on first which is a pipe in the back. Show up early breakfast finishes early. Bring long sleeve jammies and i guess you'd be fine, even with the AC off its still cold!!"

"Very clean room, the staff very helpful I'm so happy that I chose this hotel"

"the view of ships passing thru the Panama Canal was very nice! very comfortable stay, will definitely stay at IHG properties again"

"Great location under the Bridge of the Americas"

"They charge extra for my travel partner because her name was not on the reservation when I chose a TWO beds room. Pretended not to understand English so they could do their thing. In addition, they served a poor qualify ceviche which was retuned to them but still charged for the item"

"Carmen was very helpful she gave us precise directions to places we wanted to go to. The cleaning staff did the minimum, floors were not scrubbed dirt on the bottoms of our feet and socks. Staff very friendly."
