"Llamé para solicitar la forma de acceso a lo que me comentaron que no podian darme la habitación porque no tenian servicio de agua, que buscara que me reubicaran, a lo que claro no pasó. Tuve que buscsr otro alojamiento ese mismo dia y el reembolso no lo estan autorizando "

"The room was really stuffy and there’s no natural light. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s clean. The toilet is busy, I think there was only one toilet for 4 rooms. Also, there was a little hiccup in my checkin where the host didn’t respond for a while.. I waited a while before I could checkin, hotels.com helped me to communicate. No aircon, only a fan. It’s ok if you aren’t picky "
