"Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...

"Very cute place, like at home, the lady on the desk is very sweet and helpful. Good price and close to Kea West."

"The privacy was fantastic, the staff was helpful and we were right down the street from Robbie’s"

"The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food."

"Great"

"Very Spacious and clean room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast with many options. Paid parking however it was easy. Walking distance from airport and across from Ocean."

"Enjoyable"

"Wanted to have breakfast but it was after they stopped serving. The restaurant was almost empty. The waiter, instead of recommending something from the lunch menu, emphatically said breakfast was over. He dropped the menus on the table and didn't even offer water or coffee for beverage. My husband and I sit there for about 5 minutes and walked out. We were never served anything. The resort is very pretty and quite as we wanted it, but the above was not a good experience."

"Clean room"

"This building is older. Know that going in. It is also across the street from the water. When they say water view that's a little deceptive. Yes you have a water view from the walkway outside of your room but because the walkway is outside of your room you can't really just keep the curtains open. The rooms are dark and the Furnishings are a little budget. The grounds of the hotel are phenomenal and gorgeous. It does not have a hot tub on site. We were hoping for a hot tub and they do not have...

"The room was really spacious. We got a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen, living room and really nice balcony. Pool was nice. Not a lot of other amenities. We had drive to go to the gym and pay extra. Bikes are not included. The bartender is really nice. The drinks are really good but about $20 each."

"Kind and friendly service. Great pool, room was small but maximized its space. Free internet. Air conditioning worked well. No laundry service available unfortunately for longer stays."

"We had a great time at this property - booked it through Expedia so we didn't know it was a Vacation Club. View was gorgeous. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was kind and offered lots of coupons for us to use on the vacation. Room was fantastic for what we needed - somewhere private, where we could sleep well, and just enjoy being in paradise. Unfortunately the shower had a smell of sulfur (it wasn't the water itself, so unsure what it was). The walls are also not soundproofed...

"Great stay! Would visit again."
