"Unit was clean, but some of the dishes had to be rewashed. The front screen door spring needed repaired and kept coming off and we couldn't lock the rear sliding door. I reached out and informed VRBO of needed repairs. Lastly unit has no AC. Last night was rough due to heat. Other than that, it was a nice place, and I would rent it again. "

Home was comfortable and well-equipped and communication with the property manager was excellent. Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and charming Glen Arbor (check out the Cottage Book Shop!). The lower level bedrooms felt damp and chilly upon arrival but we ran the dehumidifier in the queen bedroom closet during the day and found that effective. "

My family was the original builders and owners of this house, so it was just as we remembered it, along with some amazing new renovations.
