"Room needed a bit better cleaning. Corners in bathroom dirty. Needed a vacuum as we stepped on some small sharp plastic pieces on the carpet."

"We planned the trip for my granddaughter’s birthday for the pool it was supposed to be heated and the heater was broke the room was cold the pool looked dirty so no one even got in. The hallway to the room was cold colder then outside felt like we needed a coat just to walk down the hall."

"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good."

"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during our overnight stay prior to flying out of Cleveland Hopkins. Will definitely stay there again."

"Awesome stopping place hotel was accommodating and I was pleased"

"The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down."

"I didn't encounter any problems."

"It was peaceful"

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"

"I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA"

"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff."
