"Despite politely requesting a room with a view before I arrived I was given the first floor overlooking the road :-( used the bar for a drink and it has a good atmosphere and music, my main complaint of the room was lack of good lighting and no mirrors that had a plug point nearby so it was difficult to get ready for the party I was attending. Didn’t make it to breakfast so can’t comment on that"

Location was great, close to centre & docks.The early bag drop was very helpful & no bother to staff, definitely helped to let us get on with our day. Breakfast was good and is open later than other hotels. I will be recommending & booking again for Liverpool stays."

"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"
