"I am not person who posts reviews, however How is this hotel ranked as wonderful? My room was poor cleaned including blood drops splashed on walls and a cabinet. I requested change of room since it was late night in the middle of Mexico City then I could not cancel it … we had issues in the restaurant as well with a not good tasting Burguer, answer from the chef was all meats are frozen. Not good place to be recommended."

"There was a lot mold all over the windows, curtains, and in the shower. The staff was very understandable and then moved us to a room with a lot less mold "

"Clean room and great service overall "

"The room was neat and clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. It was unclear where to find the fitness room there seem to be confusion or misunderstanding about whether or not the pool was open. The room was very warm despite adjustments to the temperature control. However it was cooler in other areas of the hotel. The staff were accommodating for any concerns that we brought up. There were times at the housekeeper, didn’t replace the hand towel or the washcloths and we’re not sure why. Room service was fast."
