I really loved the indoor heated pool! The maintenance man, Ryan, was very helpful & nice. The shrimp & grits with sausage in the restaurant for dinner was delicious & huge portions & the entire breakfast bar was delicious. The entire hotel is clean & I loved my room.

Hilton Charlotte University Place
TV in the room did not work well. I could not turn on/off using remote control. And starbucks cafe manager was not kind and not correct to confirm order. She counted order which I did not order.

Long Cove Resort near Charlotte Airport
excellent stay ....clean room beautiful setting ... nice check in clerk Only thing that was rough was the road in ...lots of pot holes ...need to take it slow
