"Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the lake. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"We stayed in the new accommodation part and it is beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous bathroom. The views weren’t great but the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We also had dinner on the deck overlooking the lake at sunset - stunning!"

"The rooms were really nice and clean and Matt was very easy to deal with"

"All good"

"The most amazing comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Lots of stairs but it helps to make you hungry for some amazing food. If you eat here you will not starve. The shower, let's say wow, strong and hot. The communication before check-in and then the communication as we neared the end of our stay was excellent. We will be back."

"Good Location, clean rooms and the Staff were great"

There is a courtesy bus that we gratefully used after walking Kosciuszko Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having snacks and drinks in the lounge with the fire (and world cup tv) The drying room was great as our clothes were very wet"

"We stayed at Cottonwood Lodge for two nights during our Snowy Mountains weekend trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Jindabyne and around 60 minutes to the ski resorts, making it a perfect base for a snow trip. The room was very cozy and comfortable, and having a BBQ available to use was a great bonus. The bathroom was clean and had a heater, which was especially appreciated in the cold weather. The owners are also very friendly and...
