"I had a lovely stay in Balmoral Beach. An easy stroll down to the the Beach, great coffee and restaurants nearby and transport from the area was easy. I would recommend to others who prefer this side of Sydney."

"The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. The shuttle service was also handy. We booked 2 king bedrooms. The rooms were clean but quite basic. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. A noisy electricity box was located outside this room which kept us awake during the night."

"The location of this property is excellent as it is close to shops, beach, ferry, bus routes, pubs! Dean is a great host who responded to any queries we had speedily. Would recommend."

"The beach was beautiful. We had a 8 and 11 year old traveling with us and they loved the pool at the beach and wanted to play in the waves but we went over to manly beach where there are life guards. The last day we were there they kicked all the surfers out of the water using two helicopters because a shark was sighted in the water. So they were monitoring the area. Views were lovely. A sunrise every morning. The kids loved playing basketball and games in the carport and on tv."
