"This hotel wasn't quite what the reviews led us to expect. After driving over 10 hours from South Florida with our family of five, we were looking forward to a smooth overnight stay. Based on the Expedia reviews and affordable rate, this seemed like a good halfway stop to our destination. We arrived around 11:30 PM and stood in the lobby for about five minutes without seeing anyone at the front desk. I ended up calling the hotel from my cell phone, and someone immediately answered and came out...
