"We had an amazing stay at The Biltmore for our anniversary! Upon arrival, which was very early for a check in, around 10:00am, they had our Expedia One Key VIP perks already noted for us, and walked us through what they were able to offer right on the spot - early check in, a free room upgrade, and a resort credit! All without us even having to ask - they were prepared and happy to treat us like VIPs! Our room was stunning and housekeeping was wonderful. Every meal was delicious, and all of the menus were so unique from each other. Every food & beverage outlet had their own special mocktail list, too, which was so fun for a mother-to-be to enjoy alongside my husband. The signature Sunday brunch was an absolute highlight - the best brunch we’ve ever had! The pool is breathtaking and we spent time everyday there. The attendant who greets you and helps you access the pool every morning is the kindest and sweetest man - we loved him! There was a large wedding that took place for a few days while we were staying at the hotel, but you truly would never really know it - the staff was so great at running a large event as well as tending to all of the hotel guests like there was no distraction whatsoever. We also enjoyed a beautiful round of golf - the course was well manicured and played really well - it was a highlight of the trip. Lastly, my husband got a haircut in the salon and I enjoyed a facial and scalp treatment - the technician and the stylist were both wonderful. "
