  • Step away from your busy schedule and relax at this tranquil, one of a kind hand crafted “Cabin In The Woods.” Front porch sitting at its finest! Circle drive with ample boat parking space. Dogs welcome with required pet fee (select pet info to add fee when making reservation.) Doggie door with fenced yard. Enjoy fun filled lake days and fire pit evenings. Lake view during Winter/Spring stays. The cabin is approximately 700 square feet and includes a full eat-in kitchen, private bathroom and combination living and bedroom area.
    This hand crafted cabin is full of rustic character and charm created by craftsman Bob Cawthorne, a carpenter and Navy veteran, with a dream of building his ‘Cabin In The Woods.’
    Enjoy the serene escape he created!
    Carlisle Cove lake access only 2.7 miles away. The Deck and Cookson Marina 4.6 miles and Sixshooter Marina 7.3 miles. Illinois River floating approximately 30 miles.
