"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. "Toilet bowl had small bits of excrement on it and the condition of the PROM room in my opinion was very tired in need of painting and the carpet replaced. When I phoned the owner he couldn’t come to see as he wasn’t available and completely refused to offer any refund or support . He wasn’t very professional when he swore at me and just hung up so we decided to leave and travel home so I can’t comment on the restaurant or anything else"
