"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"From arriving to departure the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went B&B, plus evening meal, which was well worth it. Big mention to three of the staff Will, Osian “Fish” and Willow who really went out of their way to make sure our 3 night stay was very memorable. "The staff were very welcoming. Our room had been excellently prepared, was clean and well equipped, also the bathroom and the air-con worked well. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. The only slight downside was the window which didn’t shut properly, the woodwork needing some attention on the outside. As the weather was windy, we had a moaning noise from the wind most of the time. Not too much of a problem, but could definitely do with being seen to."
