Booked on Expedia to get extra $ off total with points. Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Room was perfect for 1 night, post concert and did not want to drive back home late. Spa and restaurant at hotel although did not dine or have spa experience. Parking with a fee, did not mind as long as car was safe although had 2 cars to pay for as drove separately.

It was very nicely upgraded from the last time I stayed there. I was down to go to a funeral and this hotel was centrally located to all events I needed to attend. I also found eating places surrounded the hotel I would definatly would stay there again.

Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Concord. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The food was okay — not bad, but there’s room for improvement. However, the water pressure in the shower was too low, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the excellent customer service made up for it, and we would consider staying here again.

My husband travels often for business, and sometimes appointments get moved around unexpectedly. When that happens, he needs a comfortable place to land early, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating with an early check-in. This hotel is perfect for business travelers—centrally located, comfortable, and convenient. His room even had a beautiful mountain view. On top of that, his dining experience was 10/10. We will definitely be booking here again!
