Townhouse w/ spectacular views in the centre of Competa

Casa Alta is a tall traditional style Andalusian town house located in the prettiest and most photographed street in Cómpeta. It offers bright and colourful accommodation set over 4 floors with the best aspect being the uninterrupted views of the countryside down to the Mediterranean Sea from the roof terrace. Set close to the bustling centre of town, restaurants, bars and shops are within easy fairly level walking distance yet the street is peaceful and tranquil. Parking is possible around 2 mins walk away in Plaza Vendimia.

The house has been reformed over recent years and offers 3 bedrooms (1 large double, 1 smaller double and a single), a refitted kitchen, lounge and downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor as well as a refitted bathroom on the second floor with rainfall shower.

Every window looks out onto this pretty street and it’s abundance of flowers all year round.

The living room and master bedroom are air conditioned and the other rooms have fans and heaters when needed.

The roof terrace is a wonderful space to sunbathe on as well as an evening drink and gaze up at the stars.

Little jewel in Competa

Truly amazing little house in old part of Competa, perfect location if you can manage all the steps. We are in our middle 70’s and just managed. Lovely restaurants, our favourite was El Pilon, excellent food, prices and staff we even went twice in the 5 days we were in Competa. Will return
