although we've been in Columbus for the Pens/Jackets games for many years this is the first time we've been at the Hyatt...we WILL be back...our stay was convenient to the arena the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet fabulous...every hotel staff we interacted with werenice and helpful...a great stay!!

The hotel was amazing! We did have an issue with our room but the wonderful staff took care of it immediately! A wonderful facility and the staff was even better! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and very well appointed. The air conditioning in my room blew right over the bed, which was inconvenient. I had to turn it off at some point, even though it was needed — I couldn’t handle the air blowing directly on me. Also, the train runs past the hotel. Several times throughout the night I and my friend (in another room) were woken up by it. Other than that, the hotel was excellent. The Bar on 2 had excellent service, and so-so food. It was convenient, but overpriced for the quality.
