"The Villa and grounds are absolutely beautiful! Caterina and her family members were the most gracious hosts. They could not do enough to make sure we had a "once in a lifetime" multi-generational family trip and truly made us feel like part of their family during our stay. We loved every second of our time in Tuscany and would highly recommend this amazing property."

One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. "Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped but a bit small to accommodate 1 large group sharing the whole property. The host and her sister took great care of us and really nice to be able to...

"Pictures do not do it justice, this house and location is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable beds, clean house, beauty views, nice fireplace.owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. She had her local wine, cooked us a delishes breakfast, and also brought her olive oil to do tasting. We will definitely be back, i thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful house."

"We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...
