"Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back."

"Room clean. Hot breakfast was good. Bathroom room in 214 is starting to show some wear. We come here everytime we come to King George. But this time we had 2 nights with no hot water!! The staff couldn't do but so much. I think we should be compensated for the inconvenience."

"Nice quiet stop while traveling with restaurants and stores nearby."

"Room nice & clean . Staff good people. Kitchen , coffee , refrigerator, microwave. Didn’t know did not look , but there is an outside pool ."

"Stay was Great"

"A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay."

"Everything was excellent except the bed. The bed itself was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible - flat and not support full."

"Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again"

"It was clean they changed the sheets and actually did maid service every day for the price. It was worth every pity"

"poor"

"Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night."

"Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again"

"If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place."

"The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it"
