"A beautiful place, next to the centro histórico and major landmarks of Quito, staff very helpful and very friendly"

"The hotel put us in room 1002. Check in was fine, and the evening was fine, but the next morning, the sun shined into our window, so I wanted to turn on the A/C. Nope! The manager said that part of the hotel does not have A/C. None of the rooms in that section of the hotel have A/C. I was very upset! The best they could do is provide a portable fan. Unacceptable! That same morning we were scheduled to check out, so of course I was not about to change rooms. The hotel should have told us that those rooms in that part of the hotel did NOT have A/C. They did not offer anything (free breakfast or free drinks) as a compensation. Poor judgement on their part!"

"We had a nice quiet stay and extended it. Location is great, close to bus stops, easy access to subway and close to atms. Room is tiny but very clean, within a nice garden. Shared bathroom are cleaned regularly and all staff is super nice and helpful. Would just recommend adding something to hang towels/clothes inside the bathroom, would be more practical. Muchas gracias!"
