"Great stay at Cambria, very friendly staff, easy in and out with valet, overall perfect."

"The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."

"The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would...

"Friendly staff at check-in, a well-stocked room off the lobby filled with complimentary candies (and to-go bags!), and charmingly-designed rooms made this a lovely stay. The location off Harvard Square made getting to and from the hotel so easy."

"Perfect hotel for a couple of days stay, the facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was in a very convenient area as well. If there is a private event, don’t worry, the music has a hard stop at 10PM, the hotel does a good job of regulating that. The only thing that would make it better, is if it had a fridge."

"- I was expecting a very good room for the price, but I found out that the room was not what I expected. There’s a very loud noise coming from a part dedicated to either air conditioning or elevators ! It’s a machine sound kinda of thing. - I also asked the staff member about the dining area where I could sit and eat, he refers to floor 16th, I went and there’s nothing in there !! The staff need to understand that most of us chose this brand to enjoy some quality time. Unfortunately, the...

"Check in was easy and pleasant. However when we checked into our room there was some dirty clothes and the floor was obviously not vacuumed. We immediately notified the front desk and they had a cleaner come up and take care of it. That was definitely disappointing for a first impression. It would have been nice to have been compensated but nothing was offered. It was in a good location and everything was easy to get to by foot. The air conditioning, tv, kitchen - all were great. Bed were too...

"Slightly tired but totally functional."

"They clean every day. Breakfast is good."

"We enjoyed our brief stay here. The front desk immediately helped us on our way to enjoying a walking tour of historic Boston by providing maps and brochures. We returned from our 7 mile walking tour tired and so happy to be in our spacious room. It was clean and orderly. The bed was just right with the best pillows ever! The bathroom was sparkling clean with the familiar shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion recently filled. Breakfast was yummy and offered a wide variety of options....
