"Absolutely lovely property, owned by a very welcoming and helpful land lady. Local area is extremely safe and locals are all very accommodating of those whom may not speak great Spanish. Grocery stores within a 5 minute walk and plenty of great food options within a 30 minute walk. The property is uphill so this is something to bear in mind however, I can’t recommend it enough. This made my stay in Barcelona a very joyous experience. "

"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...
