"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! "Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como"

"The options of breakfast are limited. There is no place to go in local, the ferry to main site, such as, Bellagio,,, are limited. If you miss the one at 8:50am, you have to wait to another one at 12:00 pm."

"Excellent location. Lovely staff. The hotel is charming. What a treat"

"Close to the train station, and this was the main reason that we booked this hotel, and no stairs necessary and about 5 minutes walk to the hotel downhill. Return to station is a bit uphill but no steps and mainly smooth surface so just a bit longer but not difficult. There is two cafe/bar right below the hotel so it can be convenient."
