It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe.
