23 guests can sleep comfortably in this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home! In total, there are 1 King, 3 Queen, 5 doubles, 3 single beds & 1 sofa queen bed.

Our newly remodeled home features a rain curtain water feature, an exceptionally designed backyard, outdoor kitchen area, entertaining game room and endless amenities. Close to events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, BNP Paribas, and Acrisure arena.

POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)
The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75 per day and the jacuzzi can be heated for $50 per day. You can let us know whenever you would like it, whether it be weeks in advance or the day of your stay. Depending on the time of the year, the pool takes 5-8 hours to be heated to 87 degrees. The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 100 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind.


EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
We do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate. Please let us know if you would like to check in early/checkout late.


PETS (FREE OF CHARGE)
You can bring 2 pets free of charge. If you would like to bring more, please reach out to us.


SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. You are allowed to smoke outside but by no means is smoking allowed inside. Smoking odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee of $500 for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor.


HOUSE RULES
~Loud music and noise is not allowed outside from 10pm-8am
~Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors
~We do charge a $500 party fee for overly excessive noise and loud music.
