"There was garbage left, the couch is different from the pictures, the coffee maker is different from the pictures. There were hairs on the bed frame. The walls and ceiling were dirty. The shower leaks, we never used it but the faucet kept leaking the whole time."

"I selected the date to book this property for month of July and made sure dates are correctly selected, but received the reservation confirmation for the past date and Expedia refused to refund my money. I never received any service from Expedia or this Hotel but very disappointed with what Expedia did for me"

"⸻ I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and felt cramped, making it uncomfortable for even a short visit. Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a drinking cup provided, which is something you expect as a standard. To make matters worse, the heater was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also no elevator, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The most frustrating part of the experience was the management. They were unhelpful and came across as rude when concerns were raised, which made the situation even worse. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was excellent. The area felt safe and was family friendly. The home was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had good showers with very nice towels. "
