"Room was spotless and linens were clean. However, shower/tub was in terrible condition. The drain cover was laid down next to the drain. The caulking around the tub was horrible. Definitely needs some work. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of food and choices. Counter was cleaned often. Front desk staff was cheerful and helpful."

"Such a cute hotel! Well kept, clean, and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The staff at the hotel were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with anything I needed. The front desk staff and manager were the absolute best. Things to note when you stay — you have to call to request housekeeping. There are NO restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of delivery options and the shuttle will drop you off at The Aviator upon request."

"Room was spotless, the whole hotel was really. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and room was spacious and well decorated. loved the greeter guy in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice. Location for the rock and roll hall of fame is probably the best in the city. Parking was a bit pricy, but it was attached to the hotel to made it easy to transfer luggage over etc. Had a big floor to ceiling window overlooking the city which I loved also."
