Great spot for a weekend trip

Had 7 friends down to Cleveland for the browns game and a concert, this spot is perfect for a large group, was pretty clean and had plenty of space. Was a little far from downtown but a short Uber or drive, nothing major. Overall awesome spot, would book it again.

A group of coworkers met here for a conference. It was an easy location to get to, plenty of parking, place was clean. It was much better than all of us staying at a hotel. We convened around the dining room table, but all had our own private space too, as the house is huge. Thanks for allowing us to stay here.

The location was perfect for our visit and the space was great to gather and make food and eat. The stairs were steep to the upstairs and anyone who has a hard time walking would have a difficult time getting up and down to the bedrooms.

This house is absolutely great for multiple families or multi generations traveling together. We had 8 people and had beds and space left over. It was an absolute dream to make dinner and not worry about finding somewhere to eat out with 8 people after a long day. We would stay again!

Great property, very responsive owner

We loved the place and enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised, lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Nick was very responsive when we ran into a minor problem with some of the lights not working. Within an hour he had an electrician onsite and the problem was resolved. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and very spacious. A good place to stay for a large group. The host was very quick with responses. House had everything we needed while staying in Cleveland. Less than 10 miles to Cleveland Clinic. Plenty of restaurants near by. Old neighborhood but seemed family friendly. Quiet area but at night you can hear the noise of the city. All in all a nice rental for a good price.

Our stay was good. The interior of house was as expected. Plenty of rooms/beds for our group. The stairs were SO steep in front of house and the railing in back stairs was broken. Carpet needs cleaning. Beds super comfortable, pillows not so much. Overall, convenient and affordable for a quick trip.

Spacious house with lots of beds, but be prepared for steep steps and an additional $20/ bed fee, read the details. It's conveniently located to the west end/Ohio City. At the time of our visit, the house was dirty; however, Nick the manager, was surprised to hear it as he said it's usually spotless.

Just Okay

The pros: large home with ample space, oversized table for a family dinner, lots of seating for movie night, board games, kitchen had basics needed, driveway fits multiple cars. The cons: the bath tubs were not the level of clean I would expect, it looked like cleaner was just applied and rinsed with no scrubbing, and there was used bar soap left behind. The front stairs are very steep and and shallow in depth (as in your whole foot doesn't, fit unless you come down sideways. The back steps are less steep and are deep - however the top two steps are tall making for a big step up or a long step down. This was fine for those younger family members but challenging for a senior citizen and for a family member with bad knees.
