"I am super picky about staying in hotels, I am a Germaphobe but I was super pleased with this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, the sheets looked extremely clean, no stains or anything. The bathroom was nice and clean also, I not one time felt icky staying here. I will definitely stay here again!!! The breakfast was delicious also!"

"Nice lodging—clean, well-equipped, responsive host. Glad for the “no swimming” and “watch for alligator” signs on property—we hiked down to the water and saw three gators swimming! Something about that restriction on the listing would have been nice; we took our Black Lab with the express intention of letting her retrieve things in the water."

"We went to Buck Creek Cabin from June 26-29, 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially fishing from the dock. Caught lots of fish but could have benefited from a net. We couldn’t land some of the BIG ones on the dock. Cabin was very cozy and despite some mobility challenges for one in our group, they found it to easy maneuver. Bring sunscreen and a net. The cabin was very clean and exactly as advertised. TIP. Flow the written directions. Not the Phone GPS app."

"Nice, clean, private spot on a clear spring fed pond. Nice tv's in bedroom and living room w good Wi-Fi. I grilled on the back porch. Even after the 2 hour rain that occurred the day I got there the water was still clear. Will definitely book again, 2days the next time bc 1 day was too short, was only planning a quick getaway but didn't realize there would be so much to do. Will check the weather when I book the next time. Checkout is 10am, if you Vrbo a lot like me, you get accustomed to 11am checkout. But she was very understanding about it, my mistake should have read. I will say this, I lost a bass that was probably 7lbs there, will come back to claim him, lol. Bring your own bath soap and washing powder, everything else, is there...."
