"It was a simple layout, clean and had exactly what I need for a fun weekend away from home."

"We arrived 6.5 hours late, and I was still able to get a blanket delivered even though it was late. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave (which a lot of hotel rooms don't have now) which was very nice. They were always cleaning parts of the hotel, which shows they care about the property. I liked the coffee in the lobby, since we always missed the breakfast hours. The pool was nice, even had cushions on the sun chairs. My only con was not enough towels in the room. I asked for more, but...

"It was convenient for staying overnight for a Carnival Cruise but overpriced."

"The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dust was all over the floors and in the bathroom. Also we encountered a not so helpful/pleasant staff member during the night shift. Was rude and seemed bothered that we were asking for clean sheets. It's a really nice relaxing, and quiet property but not worth the price."

"Great hotel, parking garage was a plus, and breakfast as always with Best Western was amazing! We also had a very nice big room with King beds. Loved it."
