PARKING: located a block away (2 min walk) at the Kroger's flagship supermarket is accessible by a parking pass which will be provided. There will be a $100 fee for a lost parking pass.
NO PETS: any evidence WILL result in additional cleaning fees.
NO SMOKING: any evidence WILL result in additional cleaning fees.
EXCESSIVE NOISE or PARTYING: The units in the condo building is a mix of residential and rental units, so please be respectful of residents and other guests. If there are any reports of noise from other tenants, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only the registered guests (6 max including children) are allowed in the condominium. No guest are allowed during your stay. All guests must be registered on the VRBO website and the main booking guest must be 25 and older.
We require all guests to agree to the rental agreement.
