Yes! The pool is exclusively yours during your stay. The spa is heated complimentary every evening from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (up to 3 hours). Pool heating is available for $150 per day with advance notice.

Are there stairs?
No. This is a single-level home with step-free access, making it ideal for families, seniors, and guests who prefer easy accessibility.

✹ GENERAL: The home is exclusively yours except for the locked storage closets—no interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Driveway Parking and also free Street Parking

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets on the furniture and we do not allow any urine or feces inside the home as that will incur an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet fee.

Pet hair on beds or furniture will result in an additional $50 fee.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ POOL/JACUZZI:

JACUZZI: Will you be using the jacuzzi during your stay? 😊 Heating is complimentary for 3 hours per day upon request, and heating must end by 10:00 PM. Please let us know your preferred day and time at least 4 hours in advance during our business hours, and we’ll schedule it remotely for you. If you’d like to enjoy 6 hours of jacuzzi heating, this is available for an additional fee of $50.

POOL: The pool is cleaned weekly, so you may occasionally see vendors servicing the equipment. Solar heating may be available on sunny days. Otherwise, gas heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per day for 12 hours and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. The pool heats to 85°F. Please note that we are not responsible for weather conditions affecting pool temperatures.

IMPORTANT: The pool and jacuzzi share the same water circulation system and cannot be heated to different temperatures simultaneously. If the pool is heating to 85°F, the jacuzzi water will also be at that temperature.

✹ Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Left over trash or glitter found in pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning. Pool sweeper must be kept in pool. Please do not put small items in pool as they can be caught inside the suction hose and you will be liable for damages to pool equipment.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 8 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed. Persons under the age of 12 shall not count toward the occupancy limitation.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
