"No issues with the room or the cleanliness, I reported that the iron in my room was not working, the staff member sent to replace it was not courteous, just handed me the replacement. Obviously no training in hospitality."

"Beautiful and spacious family room. Room and hotel on the whole were great. Superb selection of gluten free options for breakfast (toaster specifically for gluten free toast), croissants, bread, cereals, granola. On the whole a really great place to stay."

"The hotel is really well placed in the village (of Mickleton, not Chipping Campden), near to shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and well priced. We sat in the garden for some drinks in the afternoon, which was really lovely. Comfy room and good clean bathroom. The breakfast was decent. Downsides: it’s an old property, so the stairs are narrow and might be difficult to navigate for guests with physical limitations. We had a really nice stay and would recommend."

"I stayed at this hotel 4yrs. ago & the improvements are amazing. Looks as though it has had a complete overhaul. Immaculate decorations & spotlessly clean & fresh. Our studio was so spacious with stunning views over the golf course. We ate breakfast outside on our spacious patio. Will definitely stay here again as location is perfect for so many beautiful parts of the Cotswolds."
