"We were greeted by very friendly staff and enjoyed them throughout our day. They had a sweet little coffee shop right in the lobby. Our room was clean and efficient. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Loved the location and felt very safe."

"Stayed to celebrate a special birthday and had a lovely time. A warm welcome from both the concierge and reception staff. Our room was very clean and the welcome message, card and prosecco were a lovely touch to help celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast was outstanding with an exceptional choice available, definitely something for every taste, and the omelettes were amazing! The VIP lounge was perfect for a drink prior to going out for the evening. The location was good with the tube station just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying here again."
