"Premier Inn is a short walk from LHR Terminal 4 and provides a clean and quiet room with responsive climate control, excellent bed, blackout curtains, functional bathtub--just what I needed! The staff was also welcoming and helpful. I'll definitely return whenever I have early morning flights in the future."

"Comfortable bed and cozy comforter. The shower water pressure is strong and excellent. Hair dryer is a goof quality. Very clean space throughout. There is filtered water area for guests to refill their water bottle. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming."

"Walls are paper thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the tv from the next room. It was like we had our tv on all night. But the staff handled it very quickly, all the staff was really nice. Also our room looked nothing compared to the pictures online, it was small and didn’t even have a place to put our luggage (table, luggage rack…) nothing i had to put it in the floor. For me it was a little annoying because I have bad knees"
