"We were welcomed to the Wingate and assisted to find a place to park our small trailer for the duration of our 6 night stay. The manager was so helpful in finding a level, well secured spot. We only had the breakfast one morning but it was adequate and a typical hotel breakfast, which are always high carb and sugars, low on protein although they did offer egg patties and turkey bacon the morning we were there. Our suite was very comfortable for us to make our own meals and for my husband to recuperate from his surgery, which was why we were in Kamloops. I forgot some important items when we left and they were quick to call me and arrange them to be shipped to me. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality."

"Very nice old hotel, clean and tidy, My only complaint is having a room so close to the rooftop air conditioner unit, Which was incredibly loud,I'm sure a street side room would be better"
