"Terrible experience. Microwave didn’t work at all. Their guy came but couldn’t repair, so we brought some food but couldn’t warm it up. And we bought some charcoal but it wasn’t delivered so I called it and then they realized that I ordered it… so I had very terrible experience overall."

"This property is centrally located near Kingston and just across the bridge to Rhinebeck. While overall it is well maintained, the bathroom could use an update. How about getting a better hairdryer? For the inflated price they charge (which in on par surprisingly with many of the other hotels in the area), they should be able to upgrade the hairdryers. Breakfast is included and starts your morning on the right foot. A good place to stay."

"Overall, the stay was fine. A few added amenities would have improved the experience, such as complimentary bottled water and in-room coffee or tea. The breakfast was underwhelming, and parking was located several blocks from the main building, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel is spread across multiple buildings throughout the town, which may not be ideal for all guests."
