"Our room was nice. We were comfortable and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and we didn't event hear another soul around us the entire time we were there. However, the trek from the elevator to our room was quiet long and we really didn't know where we were going. Through multiple doors, down different hallways. There were very few signs to help us figure out how to get back to the elevator too. In an emergency, it wouldn't have been fun. We stopped at the hotel bar twice. The bar staff were friendly, even while busy. The front desk staff on the other hand couldn't wait to get rid of us."

"The hotel is on the very busy side of the river on Wacker Drive. There's definitely more noise and the parking is not convenient at all unless you valet park. Also beware of booking rooms on the 38th floor because there's ballroom on the 39th floor and when the music is playing you can hear it all in the room."
