"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or...

"A great hotel! We've needed a lot of things during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they assist our elderly guest with the check-in, but they were also extremely accommodating with personal requests and adjusting our checkout. 5 stars all around - definitely recommend. Also, the location can't be beat!"

"The TV was broken. The maintenance guy came up twice. I called three times then the next morning I was charged a movie from scream three at 7:04 AM the next morning I did complain and they said that seeing how the movie apparently was watched over 15 minutes they continue to charge me $28 and said it is not refundable? The experience in the hotel room was cleanliness. I've always stayed there. I did not watch that movie and the TV was permanently broken all night and the next day. "
