My only negative was I ordered a bottle of wine and chocolates to be in the room on arrival and this was missed. However they did offer the bring in the second day but we didn't bother as we had already had wine in the bar on our arrival."

"Property has wow factor with good food and friendly staff."

"Perfect location in Beadnell, spacious, light and airy with 2 gardens which was lovely. Lovely welcome pack - thank you. Really clean spacious bathroom just a very weak shower and small bath towels but nice ones. Quiet area with some fab pubs, crasters and landing. Lots of lovely personal touches and we will definitely go back."

"This is a lovely property that’s good value for money with friendly staff. A good base to explore the local beaches and countryside. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, all served nice and hot. Overall a great stay, would go back again. Thank you!"
