"The property was nice but unfortunately the staff was neither welcoming nor helpful."

"Its location is brilliant. Make sure you get directions from the hotel directly before you arrive. I would stay again"

"We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. The swimming pool was lovely. The gardens and views of vineyards and beautiful neighbouring villas was to die for. "Lovely hosts with great local recommendations. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed . Spent a full day relaxing by the pool during a heat wave. Easy access to St Emilion. Comes with a bonus friendly fat chateau cat on the grounds."

"We stayed 1 night. The hotel is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful. You can park in front of the hotel for a fee. The breakfast was ok, too heavily on the carbs/sweets."

This coupled with the passionate and hospitable staff, made our stay unforgettable! Gabriella is a Sommelier and will answer any...

"Front desk staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I stayed with my two young daughters in a suite and it was perfect. The whole staff was kind and treated my kindly and with warmth."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the kitchen for breakfast was not working well, but other than getting a good cup of coffee, everything was fantastic! Room was beautiful, and the winery tour was also really nice. Highly recommend!"

"Couldn't be better"

"We stayed for 6 nights and staying here was an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is 24 hour access to the hot tub and sauna area. There is 24 hour access to the breakfast area where you have access to fridge space if you need it. Wine is available for sale around the clock. The property is very peaceful and super quiet - about a 30 minute drive to both Bordeaux and St Emilion. Breakfast is provided each morning with a nice selection of items and access to great...
