"The property was nice but unfortunately the staff was neither welcoming nor helpful."

"Its location is brilliant. Make sure you get directions from the hotel directly before you arrive. I would stay again"

"We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. This coupled with the passionate and hospitable staff, made our stay unforgettable! Gabriella is a Sommelier and will answer any...

"This property is staffed with very professional and knowledgeable staff whose job it is to make their guests comfortable and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Chateau and took the vineyard and wine storage areas with our guide, Thomas. One cannot go wrong with the comfortable and large rooms here, very isolated that we were able to recover from our jet lag (from the USA) without any road or civilization clatter and noise. A big thank you to the efficient staff - especially to...
