"The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hospitality was amazing. The room was so clean and home-like. I can’t wait to stay here again. :)"

"Stayed on 5th floor. King room. The door latch caught going in or out and made a terrible racket. All the doors seemed to slam loudly. The bed was extremely hard. The room wouldn’t cool down from 75 degrees. The tub didn’t drain well. It sounded like something was being dropped overhead, a loud thump, even though it's the top floor, many times in the night. The cleaning crew was very loud in the morning. Worst night in a hotel in a very long time. Traffic was horrible bc of road construction. The traffic flow through the light only allowed 1 or 2 cars to turn left at a time and no one wanted to let anyone out of the hotel parking lot. So plan on extra time if you stay there. "

"The listing stated the place was for 9 people. We had 8. There was sleeping for 6, 7 if you count the couch. We arrived late and the host didn’t respond until the next day, which I can understand, but did nothing to help. I contacted VRBO and they said a supervisor would call me in 10-15 minutes. They did not. Hours later the host stated the couch was a futon and said there should be an air mattress and said they if the wasn’t they would drop one off. Eight hours later still no air mattress. I messaged and asked about it. No response. I spent a second night sleeping on the floor… Besides the sleeping arrangements I informed both the host and VRBO of the filth in the rental. There were mouse droppings in at least two of the utensil drawers and the air fryer was dirty with much grease. Again no satisfaction. Today I was offer excuses but no recourse for the situation. This was a trip for my granddaughters graduation and this situation occupied much of my time that we were unable to fully enjoy our time… That all being said the house was okay besides having to sleep on the floor for two days.."
